We can't do it without you.

Maintaining high quality, inclusive, affordable space for music making in Boston is more difficult than ever before.

We're able to serve 4,000+ music makers each month because of hundreds of community members who go above and beyond each year and make tax-deductible donations to keep the music flowing for everyone.

I lost my Mommy 10/13/17. I had 2 songs I wanted to record in her honor but my producer was displaced. Holding onto faith, praying I’d be in an affordable and professional atmosphere to record, I was led to The Record Co. It was a Godsend. The customer service and business ethics and straight loving spirit made The Record Co. my recording home.

I love The Record Co!! I have recorded music podcasts and my own personal music at The Record Co. It was always clean, pristine and full of good vibes.

I recorded my debut album at The Record Company, and it was one of the most fun projects I've worked on. I didn't have an engineer of my own, so TRC recommended I use one of their staff, Will. He was such a perfect fit for the project. From hanging in the green room ordering Chinese food, to listening back to the takes, TRC created a perfect, supportive environment!

I had been working on a rock opera for 10 years and didn't have the space to track vocals without driving my neighbors crazy. I engineered 14 of my own sessions at TRC, and tracked all of the instruments with Boston musicians. In 2019, my dream came true and I released the record. Now it has over 350,000 streams on Spotify. I will forever be grateful for TRC's mission to help aspiring musicians. This record would not exist without them.
