GEAR UP! 2021

Time to #GearUp! TRC’s annual fundraiser to purchase quality gear and equipment that Boston music makers need to reach their creative visions.

In January 2021, we introduced Boston to a brand new TRC with 4 recording studios, 14 rehearsal studios, a production suite, and a community room. Since then, we’ve seen over 3,515 people in the space, 2,561 amazing sessions, and more and more creatives are pouring in needing gear and rocking out every month.

That’s why we need your help!

TRC is home to freelance audio engineers, music instructors, podcasters, rappers, folk singers, and tons of other Boston creatives. Our gear has seen some use, and the needs and number of people in our community have exploded!! We need your help to continue offering high-quality instruments and equipment.

GearUp isn’t just about acquiring new shiny equipment (well, okay, it sort of is). But MOSTLY, it’s about allowing music makers of ALL identities, genres, and experience levels to continue to work in a safe space that inspires experimentation and encourages collaboration.
