Academy 201 is the paid, advanced tier of TRC Academy in Boston, Massachusetts — for graduates of the free 101 program (and musicians with equivalent experience) who are ready to build a professional music career. Advanced training across music business, sound engineering, and music production, taught hands-on by working professionals. Graduates earn a TRC Academy 201 certificate of completion, build a real portfolio, and those 18 and older receive job-placement support toward music-industry wages. The Record Co. is Boston's creative workforce infrastructure — 15 years of affordable studios, training, and one of the city's largest communities of creative businesses.
