Creative infrastructure.
At scale.

TRC operates the facilities, technology, and curriculum your organization needs to support artists. We've been running this for 15 years. Don't build it from scratch — partner with us.

Why the Partner rate exists

The rates only work
if the model holds.

TRC's community pricing — $10–$40/hr — is not a discount. It's the whole point. It's the rate that makes careers economically viable for independent artists who earn $5,000–$15,000 a year from their creative work.

For 15 years we've charged below-market because our earned revenue model makes it sustainable. That model only works if organizations with operating budgets aren't booking at community rates designed for individual artists.

The Partner tier isn't a penalty for having resources. It's what keeps the community rate available to the people it was built for. And at a fraction of Boston's market rate, it's still one of the most accessible professional creative facilities in the city — for any organization at any budget level.

Every tier is below Boston's market rate. Partner pricing reflects organizational capacity — not a markup. The same rooms, same gear, same quality.
