Community Agreement

- Mistakes happen – We are in a studio, not a hospital. Just let us know, we are here to help.
Equipment Responsibility
If equipment is lost or damaged during a session, the responsible party (Recording Engineer or Booking Client) will be charged the full cost of repair or replacement.
100% Deposits
Payment is required at the time of booking. Deposits are fully refundable up to 48 hours before the session.
Normalizing
Please return the room to its default state. If you load out late or leave a mess, you will be billed for additional time.
File Safety
TRC is never responsible for your files. Bring an external drive and copy your data before you leave.

Privacy Policy
We collect standard log files including IP addresses and browser types to improve our dashboard experience. Payment data is handled by secure third-party processors.
