Welcome to The Record Co. By accessing our website, booking a studio, or using our facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

2. Studio Bookings & Cancellations

All bookings are subject to availability. You agree to the following:

• Payment: Must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
• Cancellations: Please refer to our specific cancellation policy provided at the time of booking. Late cancellations may not be refunded.
• Usage: Studios must be used for their intended purpose (recording/rehearsal). No illegal activities are permitted.

3. Code of Conduct

TRC is a community space. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward staff or other members. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

4. Liability

The Record Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Use of equipment is at your own risk. You are responsible for any damage caused to TRC property during your session beyond normal wear and tear.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
