I grant to The Record Co. and Jennifer Bergman/The Secret Bureau of Art & Design (“the Photographer”) and their successors and assigns, the irrevocable right to take still and/or moving photographs of me and to use and publish the photographs for promotional purposes including advertising The Record Co.’s business in any manner and medium; and to alter and composite the same without restriction and without my inspection or approval.
